We generally offer warranty coverage that is aligned with, and in some cases exceeds, the manufacturer’s warranty. As a general guideline, most products are covered for 14 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise specified, while scopes are covered for 30 days from the date of shipment. Extended warranty options may be available; please contact a sales representative for more information.

We offer a range of new products and accessories, while the majority of our capital equipment is pre-owned and selected to meet our quality standards.

All used products are carefully inspected to ensure they arrive in excellent working condition. Because these items were previously used before being received into our warehouse, some may also show minor cosmetic wear or other signs of prior use.

Your warranty may be voided in the following situations:

1. The warranty seal on the product has been broken or tampered with.
   
2. The product has not been properly cared for, especially in connection with sterilization, handling, or other required maintenance procedures.
