Return Policy
We will need to collect payment for the replacement product before it is sent. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will process a refund for the original purchase, minus any applicable fees.
This would include situations where the customer ordered the wrong part or item, changed their mind after receiving it, or requested a return for any other reason based on personal preference.
A broken product is one that cannot function properly due to structural or internal damage. These items should not be used in patient care, as they are not suitable for treatment or clinical use. In some cases, broken items may still be useful for refurbishing other damaged products by salvaging working parts.
Providing customers with high-quality products that arrive in proper working condition is a priority for The 636 Group, LLC. To help ensure any concerns are addressed promptly, customers are expected to unpack and inspect their product upon receipt and report any issues without delay. This reporting window does not override or replace the applicable warranty period.
A cosmetic defect item is fully functional, but its appearance shows visible signs of wear and tear. It may have surface blemishes, scratches, discoloration, or other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect how the item works.
In this case, The 636 Group, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny a refund if the issue is not reported within the required timeframe. Timely communication helps ensure concerns are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with company policy.
The restocking fee, along with any related shipping charges that are determined to be the customer’s responsibility, will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and unopened, unless otherwise specified. Certain items may be sold “As-Is”, "Not Working", or for "Parts" are not eligible for return.
All returned items must be in original condition, including sealed packaging and all original contents. We reserve the right to deny any return after inspection if the item shows signs of use, physical damage, or incomplete packaging.
If a return is damaged during transit, the customer is responsible for initiating a claim with the shipping carrier after notification from us. Responsibility for transit damage remains between the customer and the carrier.
Approved refunds will be issued less original shipping costs, bank fees, other transaction fees, and a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
